Welcome to the Website of the
Worshipful Company of Turners of London
The Worshipful Company of Turners is a Livery Company of the City of London. Like most of the 108 City Livery Companies,
the Turners sprang from the medieval craft guilds.
Although there was a Guild of Turners in 1295, the Royal Charter was not granted by King James I until 1604.
The next Wizardry in Wood Exhibition will take place in Carpenters' Hall, London from 16-19 October 2012.
